Every client starts with an Introductory/Trial Session. By the end of this session, you will have identified a coaching goal, the next steps to take, and the motivation to move forward. In the intro session we’ll determine which program fits you best:

Your time is valuable, so let’s make the best use of it. This introductory session is designed to help you reframe your situation with a fresh perspective and create options to move forward.

Prior to our session, you will complete a short questionnaire (and I will review it), so we are able to move forward efficiently and effectively. Most clients find that the prep sheet alone gets those wheels turning; so before we even meet, you’re making progress.

I invite you to sit back, enjoy the session and be present. By the end of our session we will identify a coaching goal that we can work toward if you choose to move forward with a coaching program.

The introductory session is 45minutes and PKR 1499. During your session, we’ll determine if a coaching program would be useful, and if so, which coaching program is a fit.  If you’d like to preview the options, here are the programs I offer.
